Job Overview:
Join our innovative team as a Junior Associate in Solution Engineering, where you will develop and implement new software while maintaining and optimizing existing systems. You'll collaborate with a global team, troubleshoot application issues, and work on web-based solutions to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new software, ensuring optimized and organized code.
- Maintain and enhance existing software programs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
- Recommend improvements to existing programs.
- Collaborate with a geographically distributed software development team and service providers.
Education Requirements:
- Degrees Eligible: B.E., B.Tech., MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Batch Eligibility:
- Eligible Batch: 2022, 2023 graduates.
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of software development experience.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in web-based solution development.
- Knowledge of architecture design concepts, object-oriented design, and techniques.
- Understanding of logical and physical database architectures and operating systems.
- Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global partners.
Technical Skills Required:
Refactoring legacy Salesforce configuration code, Salesforce application performance optimization, troubleshooting application issues, Scrum project management, customer interaction, Force.com platform development, Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Future Methods, Controllers, REST web services in Apex, JSON parsing and generation, Visualforce Pages and Components, Apex unit testing, Javascript, jQuery, Javascript design patterns, Salesforce Best Practices, Governor Limits, Commerce Cloud Digital Development.
