Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainees and Graduates to join our technical team in Bangalore. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational technical skills and contribute to the development and implementation of advanced financial software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Support application development activities, including compiling/decompiling code and version control.
- Participate in IT testing and software performance assessments.
- Help configure and maintain computer systems, including portal server setup and WAN switching.
- Document and model user requirements to ensure clarity in project scope.
- Assist with program installation and configuration across multiple platforms.
- Learn and apply principles of GUI and UX design.
- Provide IT support as needed.
- Engage in action planning for project tasks and personal growth.
- Maintain and improve digital literacy relevant to fintech.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Equivalent practical experience considered for trainee roles.
- Interest in software development and technology.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, application development, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with code compiling, decompiling, and versioning.
- Knowledge of computer system configuration and program installation.
- Strong digital literacy and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Effective documentation and user requirement modeling skills.
- Understanding of GUI and UX principles is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
