Opportunity Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, supporting activities from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This role offers the chance to work closely with HR professionals and contribute to innovative hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the development of internship program initiatives and engagement activities.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and contribute innovative ideas for attracting talent.
- Help create and update job descriptions and recruitment documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Application Process
Candidates must have legal authorization to work in India. The selection process includes an initial recruiter screening and one interview round conducted via MS Teams.
