About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a remote opportunity where you’ll be trained in modern full-cycle recruitment processes, advanced sourcing methods, and recruitment analytics. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative and high-performing HR function and gain valuable exposure to recruitment tools, employer branding, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Perform active candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, and other platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines within ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, and Workday
- Conduct detailed market research, salary benchmarking, and competitive hiring trend analysis
- Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing campaigns
Full-Cycle Recruiting Support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate personas
- Conduct initial phone screenings, video interviews, and coordinate skill assessments
- Schedule interviews, maintain timely communication with candidates, and assist with follow-ups
- Conduct reference checks and assist in background verification processes
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment Operations & Analytics
- Monitor and track key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to share recruitment data insights with relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization within the talent acquisition function
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Proficiency
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean and X-ray search
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or BambooHR
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (for data analysis), PowerPoint (for presentations), and Word (for documentation)
- Understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience using communication tools like Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
- Awareness of social recruiting strategies and professional platforms

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, or sales
- Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, CIR, or PRC are an added advantage
- Knowledge of tech/startup hiring landscape or experience in high-growth organizations
- Exposure to recruitment analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel functions
- Familiarity with remote work practices and virtual collaboration tools
- Sales, B2B lead generation, or international recruitment exposure
