Responsibilities
- Assist in customer experience management projects
- Support teams in data analysis, research, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for clients
- Learn and apply Sprinklr platform features in real-world scenarios
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Technical Skills Required
Customer experience platforms, social media management tools, data analysis, reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, communication skills, collaboration tools, problem-solving, research skills, adaptability, attention to detail
