Job Description
Sprinklr is a leading enterprise software company specializing in Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM). As an Associate Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring platform availability, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to a highly reliable production environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform Linux Systems Administration.
- Monitor and maintain production environments in on-premise data centers or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Use IT monitoring tools such as Sensu, Prometheus, and Grafana for alert management and infrastructure monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT Infrastructure and Application issues, ensuring high availability.
- Identify opportunities to automate monitoring processes and reduce noise.
- Work collaboratively in hybrid, multi-time-zone teams, maintaining organization and productivity.
- Independently handle production troubleshooting and system issues.
- Understand microservices, application servers, networking, and databases.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, and Release & Deployment processes is a plus.
- Be a proactive team player.
Experience Requirement:
0-2 years of experience in relevant roles, including internships or academic projects.
