Position: Software Development Engineer I
Location
Noida, India
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software components for automotive dealership solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications.
- Work across multiple technology stacks including microservices, mobile (iOS/Android), web applications, and cloud platforms.
- Communicate goals, trade-offs, and progress to team leads and product managers.
- Take ownership of deliverables, proactively raise issues, and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of software development experience, preferably with cloud or distributed systems exposure.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals; degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred (Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes such as IIT/NIT).
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or C#).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and architectures.
Additional Knowledge Areas
- Operating system and networking fundamentals.
- AI/ML concepts including data lifecycle, evaluation metrics, neural networks, transformers, large language models, and responsible AI practices.
