You will make a difference by:

• Managing inbound calls and web requests accurately and executing them on time to the highest quality standards.
• Following up rigorously and closing pending queries and open topics with ownership.
• Reporting activities handled on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (as per requirements).
• Following a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions daily.
• Working flexibly in shifts (including night shifts) with split or rotational weekly offs.
• Communicating well in English, both verbally and in writing, and verbally in Hindi.

Your success is grounded in:

• Ability to work in a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Open-mindedness and a constructive attitude toward assigned tasks.
• Willingness to work extended hours on weekdays and weekends during month-end and quarter-end close.
