Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily customer and vendor master data creation and modification requests for third party and intra-company transactions.
• Handle urgent processing requests when required and support Siemens business units.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to analyze queries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accuracy in customer and vendor master data records.
• Assist with discrepancy resolution by communicating with requestors and internal departments.
• Work with multiple ERP systems and business applications.
• Ensure proper accounting practices and internal controls during processing activities.
• Apply knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes while handling transactions.
• Follow defined quality methodologies and maintain process standards.
