About the Role
Siemens provides high quality and cost efficient Finance and Procurement services, covering activities from purchasing to outgoing payments processing, cash allocation, fixed assets accounting, accounts reconciliation, and closing and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily customer and vendor creation and modification activities for third party and intra company requests.
- Handle emergency requests when required and coordinate with requestors to resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers to analyze queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate master data for customer and vendor records.
- Support accounting processes with proper controls during transaction processing.
- Work with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Use multiple applications and ERP systems for daily operations.
- Apply knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Follow quality methodologies and ensure compliance with defined procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to work night shifts or early morning shifts.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze and resolve queries effectively.
- Proactive approach with problem solving capability.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
