Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily customer and vendor creation and modification activities for third party and intra company requests.
• Handle emergency requests when required and coordinate with requestors to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers to analyze queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate master data for customer and vendor records.
• Support accounting processes with proper controls during transaction processing.
• Work with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Use multiple applications and ERP systems for daily operations.
• Apply knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Follow quality methodologies and ensure compliance with defined procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Willingness to work night shifts or early morning shifts.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze and resolve queries effectively.
• Proactive approach with problem solving capability.
• Professional attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
