Service Desk Support Trainee - Movate
Movate is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Service Desk Support Trainees in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience who are passionate about IT support and customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance across major operating systems including Chrome OS, Mac OS, Windows, and Linux using basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Follow documented procedures for resolving issues and escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Offer support for G Suite applications, including installation and basic usage guidance.
- Assist users with account access and related issues in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Participate actively in technical training sessions to stay updated on tools, processes, and technologies.
- Identify recurring or unique user issues and provide feedback to improve support processes.
- Communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users.
Required Skills
- 0-6 months of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting abilities and problem comprehension skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with multitasking and documentation skills.

Education Qualifications
BCA, BSc (CS, IT, AIDS), MSc (CS, IT, AIDS), MCA, B.Com (CS) with strong communication skills.
