We are seeking an Info Technology Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify inaccuracies and anomalies
• Investigate anomalous or faulty data
• Apply data correction measures and/or log tickets to escalate to client-facing support teams
• Streamline the data auditing process and identify inefficiencies wherever possible

Requirements

• Graduate fresher with a non-technical background
• Experience in data auditing using Ops Portal (Operational Portal) and Remedy
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively with the client
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts with rotational week-offs

Preferred

• Any non-BTech graduate with English as a compulsory subject
• Availability to work any 5 days a week. Shift timings may change based on client requirements, and extra days may be required based on business needs.
