Job Description

Medpace is expanding its global operations and is seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Database Programmer to join the Core Labs team in Mumbai, India. The role involves working with a team to complete projects and tasks that support the company’s research activities and overall success.

This position offers the opportunity to apply existing programming knowledge while continuing to build and advance your technical career in clinical database development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, validate, and maintain clinical trial databases following established company standards.
• Create and maintain data models including electronic CRFs and programming for edit checks.
• Serve as the primary programming contact for assigned studies, providing technical support to the data management team while ensuring high quality programming and adherence to internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, information science, or a related field.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adjust to changing project needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with data managers, coordinators, statisticians, and programmers.
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C# and SQL is preferred.
