About the Role
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Junior Analyst – Survey Operations to join its Survey Operations & Analytics (SOA) team in Gurgaon, Haryana. This role is pivotal in supporting market research projects through data collection, processing, and advanced analytics. You will collaborate closely with consulting teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Support primary data collection initiatives, including survey design, sampling, quotas, methodology, and questionnaire structuring.
- Manage data handling, validation, and cleaning prior to analysis.
- Apply advanced analytics to survey data to generate meaningful insights.
- Develop models, simulations, and visualizations to enhance usability of analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth survey execution.
- Create visually compelling presentations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerPoint, and Market Sight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Operational Research with strong academic performance.
- 0–1 years of experience in market research or data analytics (projects, coursework, or internships).
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, VBA, SQL is an advantage.
