Role Overview
As a Premium Processing Junior Technician, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs, while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly complete assigned premium processing tasks.
- Seek guidance from Senior Technicians when needed.
- Engage in feedback sessions and participate in personal development activities.
- Contribute to achieving team SLAs and KPIs.
- Adhere to compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete training and assessment exercises assigned by Compliance and Training departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of insurance and its role in business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Location & Work Mode
Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid working arrangement up to 50% remote).
