Operational role with 24X7 operations from office only. Works with minimum direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day network operations support and incidence management.
Key Responsibilities
- Incidence management, customer escalations management, internal escalation management
- Change management, 24X7 operations with 30 minutes incident update and handling skills
- Maintain daily reports activities and routines
- Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same
