As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will design, implement, and support Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. You will guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, using your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Solutions: Develop tailored solutions that address clients' business needs by understanding their challenges and leveraging Salesforce's offerings.
• Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
• Apply Methodologies: Use Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• Develop Training Programs: Create training programs that support user adoption and long-term usage of the implemented solutions.
• Salesforce CRM Solution Experience: Exposure to designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience.
• Agile Methodology Knowledge: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and how to apply them across the software development lifecycle.
• System Testing and Validation: Experience with system testing, user acceptance, and change management for successful implementation and long-term adoption.
• Business Analysis and Configuration: Exposure to guiding clients through business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, using methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• LWC Integration Experience: Exposure to building and integrating Lightning Web Components with Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Experience with the Salesforce platform and its offerings to develop tailored solutions.
