About the Role
The HR Intern position at inDrive offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational HR department. This role involves supporting daily HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management & System Support:
- Scan and organize HR documents for efficient digital archiving.
- Upload documents into the HR system with accurate categorization and compliance.
- Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance to ensure records are up-to-date.
- Employee Engagement & Special Projects:
- Coordinate country-specific HR volunteer activities and engagement events.
- Support onboarding logistics, training coordination, and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Payroll & HR Administration:
- Assist with payroll data preparation, including timesheet and leave verification.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR documents such as offer letters and promotion letters.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-month contractual term, extendable up to 1 year based on performance.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
