Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand software requirements
• Design software architecture and code components
• Develop test strategies and automate testing
• Implement Test Driven Design (TDD)
• Conduct integration testing and system verification
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain quality records
• Collaborate with Scrum teams and participate in Agile development processes

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of software development experience
• Strong domain knowledge in systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, or Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Practical understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Experience in scripting and automation using Python
• Hands-on knowledge of Selenium, Appium, TestComplete for automated testing
• Proficiency in LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or JMeter for performance testing
• Experience in testing web services and APIs
• Exposure to mobile and web application automation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
