Position: Graduate Trainee
We are seeking motivated Graduate Trainees to join our Chennai team. This role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to cutting-edge payment solutions while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build role-specific skills.
- Understand and apply the software development life cycle in projects.
- Pursue relevant IT certifications to enhance technical expertise.
- Write and debug code in multiple programming languages.
- Assist in software testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Support maintenance and upgrades of existing software systems.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers.
- Monitor production systems, analyze logs, and validate databases.
- Identify and report errors during job execution for timely resolution.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and best practices.
- Provide rotational weekend and shift-based support for production systems.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering graduates (B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or related fields).
- 0–1 year of professional experience.
- Graduation batch: 2024 or 2025.
