As an Analyst - Shared Services, you will support Danfoss in maintaining strong product and material compliance standards across the global supply chain. The role focuses on ensuring supplier documentation is accurate and available to support compliant products and efficient business operations.

You will collaborate with colleagues and suppliers across regions, helping connect processes, systems, and data. This position requires strong coordination skills, structured follow-up, and the ability to manage complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle compliance-related activities within business systems and maintain accurate operational data.
• Work with suppliers globally to gather and validate material compliance documentation according to regulatory and business requirements.
• Coordinate with product compliance, engineering, and sourcing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and information sharing.
• Track documentation requests and perform proactive follow-ups to improve completion timelines.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and important developments to stakeholders for timely decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain support, shared services, supplier coordination, compliance, or data management activities.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, PLM, or related platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities while working with suppliers and stakeholders across regions.
• Ability to organize large sets of information, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a structured workflow.
• Self-driven approach with the capability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
