Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our remote team as a Customer Support Executive. You will be responsible for handling customer queries and issues across phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely resolutions and delivering a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to address escalations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and service quality enhancements.
- Meet or exceed service metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage live chat or ticketing systems.
