Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Contact Communications New Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is part of our Customer Support vertical, focusing on managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints within defined service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage non-voice interactions such as email, web, and chat support.
• Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents or assign service requests based on scope of support.
• Restore normal service operations promptly in case of unplanned interruptions.
• Follow detailed instructions and established guidelines to solve routine problems.
• Work closely with team members and direct supervisors.
• Contribute individually within a defined scope of work.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.
