Citi Pune Hiring Operations Support Analyst | Entry Level

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level role that provides operations support, including record and documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening, in coordination with the Operations Core Team. The analyst also acts as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The goal of the role is to deliver day-to-day operations support in line with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and document the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices and confirms)
• Provide regular status updates to project participants and prepare presentations for steering committee updates
• Work with Legal and Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory business requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology, advising on options, risks, costs, priorities and delivery timelines
• Create and facilitate training sessions and webcast demos, and write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements
• Create, manage and maintain project plans and act as project manager for follow-ups across departments
• Work on multiple projects in parallel, focusing on timely delivery of regulatory client deliverables such as statements, performance reporting, advices, letters and notices
• Meet client needs and deliver an exceptional client experience, measured through specific metrics
• Assess risk when making business decisions, protecting the firm's reputation and Citigroup, its clients and assets, while complying with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policy, and escalating and reporting control issues transparently

Shift Timing

Candidates should be willing to work 24x7 shifts, including late night shift start times. Flexibility for any shift is expected, including permanent night shifts and late night shifts. Weekend work may be required as per business needs.
