Role Overview
The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level role responsible for supporting operations services including record and documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening activities in coordination with the Operations Core Team.
The role also acts as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The objective is to deliver day-to-day operational support aligned with Citi processes and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Update Knowledge Hub help content used to service client inquiries when required.
- Execute assigned work including annual review certifications and change requests.
- Coordinate with business teams for work assignments, follow up on pending items, and support content approvals.
- Conduct needs assessments and update or develop content solutions based on business requirements.
- Research and resolve inquiries related to help content, policy gaps, and business changes.
- Track work progress and ensure assignments are completed within requested timelines.
- Maintain consistent application of team process controls.
- Deliver a high standard of client experience while meeting operational metrics.
- Assess risk appropriately and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
