BuyMore is hiring Business Analyst Intern | 10k/month

Job Description:
BuyMore is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to support sales growth, vendor management, and operational excellence. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru and offers a fast-paced learning environment with potential for full-time placement after the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of vendors and create strategies for their sales growth
• Report directly to managers and ensure all assigned sales targets are achieved
• Address vendor escalations promptly and resolve them efficiently
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to define and execute actionable growth plans
• Maintain brand hygiene by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Take complete ownership of sales performance and consistently deliver results
• Align deals and develop effective strategies for e-commerce sales
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of new brands on the platform in compliance with SOPs

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Vendor Hygiene Maintenance: Negotiate with vendors for BuyBox placement and stock replication
• Pricing and Demand Generation: Work with category management to develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and site features to drive customer satisfaction and sales
• Quality Check & Case Study: Ensure high-quality listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.
• Innovation: Continuously improve and automate internal processes to support scalable growth
