Job Description

The Medpace Data Engineering team is expanding and focuses on building a strong data driven culture across the organization. The team leverages data and insights to improve strategic and operational efficiency throughout the enterprise. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work in a visible analytical role and collaborate with teams across the Medpace organization.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast paced, and innovative environment while gaining exposure to advanced business intelligence practices, ranging from data warehousing to artificial intelligence concepts.

Responsibilities

You will join a growing analytics team and contribute to projects involving SQL, Python, data modeling, and data warehousing. The role works closely with the US Data Engineering team to help deliver enterprise wide data initiatives.

The position requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and effective problem solving to strengthen Medpace's analytics and BI capabilities. Ideal candidates enjoy exploring complex datasets, performing deep analysis, and designing long term solutions that improve business insight.

• Develop or learn core technical capabilities required for data initiatives, including SQL, Python, and dimensional data modeling.
• Collaborate with data engineers to support data architecture and design that enables advanced analytics.
• Perform complex data analysis and identify actionable business insights that support departmental decisions.
• Create and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards that help teams gain insights, improve performance, and reduce operational costs.
