Role Overview:
Join the Identity & Access Management System Reliability Experts (SRE) team within the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience (CDRR) division. This team develops cutting-edge Identity & Access Management platforms, ensuring the secure lifecycle management of users’ entitlements, authorization, and digital identities. The role emphasizes agile development, DevOps principles, and automation to build scalable solutions that safeguard business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and take ownership of technical issues.
- Reduce operational support costs through automation, optimization, and self-service tools.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure system stability.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions integrated with existing systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SRE principles to project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java for building medium to large-scale multi-threaded applications.
- Scripting experience in Python and Shell.
- Web programming expertise with REST/SOAP services (API).
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with databases like DB2, Sybase, or Snowflake.
- Experience in creating automation test suites, SDLC processes, and automated deployments.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems and infrastructure setup (e.g., load balancing).Ansible
- Familiarity with tools like Ansible and GitHub for configuration and release management.
Technical Skills:
