Job Description
Associate Consultants work on tasks assigned by senior team members and are expected to quickly learn Kaleris software capabilities and maritime terminal business operations through documentation, structured mentoring, and on-site assignments.
The role follows Kaleris delivery methodologies and uses AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, reduce implementation timelines, and support high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Kaleris SCE implementation activities under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
- Participate in orientation and analysis sessions by asking questions and documenting requirements.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, issue tracking, and preparation of deliverables.
- Log and monitor customer issues in Salesforce with accurate details and supporting artifacts.
- Follow standardized implementation playbooks and contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with senior team members while communicating task progress and blockers proactively.
- Follow established delivery processes and contribute to the team knowledge base.
- Apply feedback from structured mentoring to accelerate learning and development.
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication and professionalism in customer-facing and internal interactions.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree such as Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
- Internship or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Basic software skills including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Copilot, AVA, Gemini, or Claude for documentation and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
