You will join a delivery team building software for industrial and enterprise clients. You will learn on live projects, guided by senior engineers. We look for curiosity, discipline and a willingness to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test and debug code for assigned modules under senior guidance.
• Fix bugs and make small enhancements in existing applications.
• Write and run basic SQL queries for data checks and reports.
• Write unit tests and support QA during testing cycles.
• Use Git for version control and follow team coding standards.
• Document code, steps and fixes clearly.
• Join daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies (Agile/Scrum).
• Learn new tools and frameworks as projects require.
• Raise blockers early and ask questions.

Skills

We hire for fundamentals and attitude rather than years of experience. Academic or personal projects count.

Must have

• Programming basics in at least one language: Java, Python, C# or C/C++.
• Clear understanding of OOP concepts: classes, inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation.
• Basics of data structures and algorithms: arrays, lists, stacks, queues, sorting, searching.
• SQL basics: SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, and an understanding of tables and keys.
• Web basics: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Logical thinking and problem solving.
• Good written and spoken English.

Good to have

• A final-year or mini project on GitHub that you can walk us through.
• Exposure to a framework: Spring Boot, Django/Flask, .NET or React.
• Git and GitHub basics.
• REST API concepts and JSON.
• Basic Linux commands.
• Awareness of cloud (Azure/AWS) or AI/ML tools.
• Online certifications (e.g., NPTEL, HackerRank, Microsoft Learn).

Soft skills
