Roles & Respon

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies.
• Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced Wells Fargo professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internship program projects with clear guidance and defined goals.
• Attend training, workshops, networking events, and complete self-study assignments.
• Review and assist with tactical tasks related to policies, procedures, and low-risk deliverables.
• Provide accurate information to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements diligently.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience or equivalent demonstrated through education, training, or military service.
• Strong interest in technology, particularly AI, Machine Learning, and software development.
• Ability to follow directions and exercise sound judgment within set parameters.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Education

• Candidates pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills Required

AI, Machine Learning, Java, Python, Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL, Cloud Computing (preferred), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
