Job Description
Sprinklr is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer in QA who will be responsible for building automation frameworks, testing SaaS-based platforms, and ensuring product quality for high-performance enterprise solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient testing processes across all services and systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation libraries and frameworks for functional and regression testing
- Implement robust automated checks to maintain platform health and stability
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, sprint planning, and team meetings
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to release high-quality features
- Formulate effective test strategies by breaking down business and technical requirements
- Design test cases, test data, and contingency plans
- Perform testing of microservices on hosted platforms
- Contribute to innovation in test processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with QA best practices and continuously improve testing methodologies
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java and Selenium
- Hands-on knowledge of testing SaaS applications
- Experience with MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Practical use of Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket
- Basic Unix/Linux commands
- Ability to work in agile environments with rapid production deployments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Empathy for users and passion for delivering great user experiences
- ISTQB certification is a plus
