Job Summary:
Sprinklr is hiring a Software Development Engineer in QA to develop automation libraries, frameworks, and tests to ensure the health and performance of the platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and improving testing processes for SaaS products.
Responsibilities:
Design and build automation tests and frameworks. Participate in all QA tasks and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality releases. Identify and implement improvements in development and testing processes. Develop test strategies and manage test case creation. Ensure data accuracy and automate reporting tasks.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Java and Selenium. Experience with SaaS products and Microservices testing. Knowledge of databases like MySQL or MongoDB. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Education Requirement: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or equivalent
