Job Description:
Siemens Global Business Services (GBS), a Siemens Service Company, is seeking talented individuals for the role of Trainee - Opportunity to Cash. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute transactional services accurately and timely as defined in the global product catalog for internal customers, adhering to company regulations and guidelines.
• Manage customer calls, register notifications in CRM tools, dispatch engineers, upload productive hours, and ensure notification closure and NPS survey completion.
• Perform assigned tasks with the highest quality standards and rigorously follow up on pending queries and open topics with ownership.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on handled activities as required.
• Maintain a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions and ensure adherence to deadlines, especially during month-ends.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts and meeting dynamic business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP, or relevant educational background in logistics.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education Requirement: University degree in relevant fields such as Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
