Job Description:
Siemens Global Business Services (GBS), a Siemens Service Company, is seeking talented individuals for the role of Trainee - Opportunity to Cash. Join us to be part of a diverse team providing innovative digital solutions and customer-oriented business services while growing in a supportive and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute transactional services accurately and timely as defined in the global product catalog for internal customers, adhering to company regulations and guidelines.
- Manage customer calls, register notifications in CRM tools, dispatch engineers, upload productive hours, and ensure notification closure and NPS survey completion.
- Perform assigned tasks with the highest quality standards and rigorously follow up on pending queries and open topics with ownership.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on handled activities as required.
- Maintain a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions and ensure adherence to deadlines, especially during month-ends.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts and meeting dynamic business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP, or relevant educational background in logistics.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Education Requirement: University degree in relevant fields such as Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Technical Skills Required: ERP software, SAP, CRM tools, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, data reporting
