As a Developer Associate – Java Full Stack, you will contribute to building scalable and efficient software while working with some of the best minds in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, developing, testing, and releasing product features
- Participate actively in agile development processes, code reviews, and sprint planning
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues and assist in resolving customer problems
- Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve code quality and team productivity
- Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science: data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming
- Basic proficiency in Java
- Familiarity with web application development
- Exposure to frameworks like Spring, REST APIs, ORM (preferred)
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
