Role & Responsibilities

As a Developer Associate – Java Full Stack, you will:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior engineers
• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test product features
• Participate in resolving issues in existing codebases and contribute to new development
• Actively engage in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues as part of post-release support
• Continuously learn and explore new technologies relevant to the product
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications

• Strong academic foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with Java and basic experience in web application development
• Exposure to frameworks like Spring, REST APIs, or ORM tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and either React or Angular
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
