Role & Responsibilities
As a Developer Associate – Java Full Stack, you will:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior engineers
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test product features
- Participate in resolving issues in existing codebases and contribute to new development
- Actively engage in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues as part of post-release support
- Continuously learn and explore new technologies relevant to the product
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with Java and basic experience in web application development
- Exposure to frameworks like Spring, REST APIs, or ORM tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and either React or Angular
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
