Role Description
Paytm is hiring Android Developer Interns to support the development of high-performance mobile applications for Paytm Money. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to work on real-world projects and grow under the guidance of experienced mobile developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and debug mobile solutions
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices
- Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Keep updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of Java, Kotlin, Android SDK
- Familiarity with Android Studio and XML-based UI development
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating external services
- Basic proficiency with version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn mobile development
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience using Firebase, SQLite, third-party libraries
- Personal or academic projects on GitHub or Play Store
