Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated and energetic Apprentice Trainee to join its Sales team in Bangalore. This position is ideal for recent graduates in engineering or business administration who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a global technology company. The selected candidate will work closely with the Sales Head and be exposed to various aspects of sales strategy, client engagement, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Head in developing presentations, proposals, and sales reports
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and business opportunities
• Maintain and update CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce is an added advantage
• Schedule, coordinate, and participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
• Support in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer visits
• Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies and ensure smooth execution
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely communication across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Fresh graduates or candidates from the batch of 2023 and 2024 are eligible to apply
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
