Key Responsibilities
Frontend (React.js / Next.js)
- Develop responsive and engaging UIs with smooth animations
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect web components
- Integrate frontend with REST APIs and WebSockets
- Optimize for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement web analytics tools like GA4 and PostHog
- Follow best practices in scalable component design and system architecture
Bonus: Design Exposure
- Prior use of Figma, Framer, or a good eye for UI/UX is highly valued
- Passion for design — even without formal experience — is a strong plus
Backend & Infra (Python, FastAPI, Vercel)
- Collaborate with backend developers and occasionally tweak FastAPI services
- Assist in simple deployments on Vercel or AWS
- Monitor and debug issues using tools like Sentry
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on skills with React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of design fundamentals
- Basic understanding of Python and REST APIs
- Good DSA fundamentals and problem-solving mindset
- A portfolio of personal projects, GitHub repositories, or hackathon work
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates from B.Tech/B.E programs
- Internship-to-PPO candidates welcome
- Open to candidates from any college; passion and projects matter more than pedigree
- Immediate joiners preferred
Education Requirement
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science or related fields (final-year students may apply)
Hiring Process

- Coding Challenge (90 mins): Focused on React/JS, CSS, and DSA
- Technical Interview (60 mins): Review your projects and technical decisions
- Behavioral Interview (30 mins): Team fit, ownership, and work style
