Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of Kenko's features and capabilities to develop high-quality website solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather specific website requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely development and deployment with exceptional results.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows based on customer feedback, industry trends, and product updates.
- Stay updated on website development best practices, tools, and technologies to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Internship experience of 0–6 months in website design or development.
- Familiarity with website development platforms (experience with Duda is a strong advantage).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and responsive design practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Creative problem-solving skills to adapt and enhance workflows.
- Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and providing updates.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
- Willingness and availability to work in the US time zone.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (pursuing or completed)
Technical Skills Required: Website development platforms, Duda, SEO principles, responsive design, project management, communication tools, collaboration tools
