Key Responsibilities
As a Backend Intern at Juspay, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects across our four Centers of Excellence:
1. SDK Engineering
- Create seamless UI/UX for frictionless 1-click payments
- Integrate React markup into Presto, our proprietary UI framework
- Enable merchants to manage payment flows effortlessly
2. Backend Development
- Design scalable business logic for payments: UPI, authentication, API integrations
- Utilize Functional Programming (FP) for concise, expressive, and robust solutions
- Develop modular APIs that support complex payment workflows
3. Data Science & Intelligence
- Analyze transaction data from billions of payments
- Implement intelligent routing, self-healing systems, and anomaly detection
- Power payment ops with AI-driven automation and advanced data visualization
4. Infrastructure Engineering
- Architect multi-data center systems for 99.999% uptime
- Build infrastructure DSLs to manage systems at scale
- Implement distributed computing on edge devices for high availability
