Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Process Improvement

• Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement using scientific and data-driven methodologies
• Collaborate with mentors to develop and implement optimized delivery strategies
• Create structured implementation roadmaps and measure their effectiveness
• Support vendor performance management processes

Business Management

• Understand and support prevailing business review processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist business function owners in executing enhancements
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by partnering with strategic business leaders

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Analyze helpdesk data and customer response metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with program owners on initiatives related to customer experience

Program Management

• Assist in creating and managing program execution plans
• Support governance during execution phases
• Develop and deliver comprehensive progress reports
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality expectations
