Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement using scientific and data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with mentors to develop and implement optimized delivery strategies
- Create structured implementation roadmaps and measure their effectiveness
- Support vendor performance management processes
Business Management
- Understand and support prevailing business review processes
- Identify improvement opportunities and assist business function owners in executing enhancements
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by partnering with strategic business leaders
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Analyze helpdesk data and customer response metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with program owners on initiatives related to customer experience
Program Management
- Assist in creating and managing program execution plans
- Support governance during execution phases
- Develop and deliver comprehensive progress reports
- Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality expectations

Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Final year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply

- Self-starter with strong teamwork capabilities
- Passionate about real estate and process innovation
- High integrity with analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills; capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in creating reports, presentations, and data summaries
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Open to learning new tools and methodologies
