Job Description

Inreal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and talented Full Stack Developer Interns who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where they will work with modern technologies and collaborate on AI/ML-integrated products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and develop robust backend logic.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs, manage databases, and connect with third-party services.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI/ML functionalities into products.
• Maintain application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing processes, deployment tasks, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Stipend Structure

• First 3 Months: ₹5,000/month
• After 3 Months: Up to ₹10,000/month based on performance (evaluated on project handling, learning speed, and commitment)

Technical Skills
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Responsive Design
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Flask, FastAPI
Databases & DevOps: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, RESTful API development, Gunicorn
Authentication: OAuth2, Token Authentication, JWT
AI & Machine Learning: Basic AI/ML concepts, integration of AI/LLM prompt engineering, familiarity with LangChain, Transformers, spaCy (preferred)

• Only candidates currently enrolled in a degree program are eligible.
• Recent graduates or those who have already completed their degree should not apply.
• Performance reviews will determine stipend increments after the first 3 months.
