Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Develop, test, debug, and refactor new and existing software features
- Translate user requirements into reliable and maintainable code
- Contribute to front-end and back-end development
- Analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability
- Conduct root cause analysis and code reviews with senior engineers
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure high product quality
- Participate in architectural planning, system design, and hardware/software specification
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in software development
- Engage effectively in team discussions and global meetings, including overlapping hours with the US team
Education Requirements
- BE / ME / MCA in Computer Science or a related discipline
Required Skills (comma-separated)
.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, SQL, , Relational Databases, Agile Methodologies, Debugging, Unit Testing, Root Cause Analysis
Basic Qualifications
- Strong foundation in OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: .NET/C#, JavaScript and frameworks, HTML/CSS, or relational databases
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts
- Prior experience building or analyzing real-world applications, including open-source contributions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to attend overlapping meetings with US teams during late office hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or prior experience in software development
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms, or data visualization tools
