Key Responsibilities

  • Design software modules or small systems based on defined requirements
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
  • Apply basic principles of software engineering and follow established development practices
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and release planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with corporate platforms
  • Contribute to discussions on technical roadmaps and architecture decisions
  • Embrace modern development practices including serverless computing, microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Work within agile frameworks to deliver features in iterative cycles
  • Engage in automated testing and improve development efficiency through tooling

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Equivalent technical experience will also be considered

Batch Eligibility

  • 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Java programming
  • Minimum 6 months experience with any Cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience in front-end development using HTML, JavaScript, Angular, or Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with backend technologies like Java/J2EE, SpringBoot, SOA, Microservices
  • Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN and build tools like Maven or Gradle
  • Exposure to relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server
  • Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum or XP
  • Basic understanding of automated testing tools like JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, or SoapUI
  • Comfort with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Github

Desired Skills and Qualities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Curious and eager to find efficient solutions to business problems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce through academic exposure or projects is a plus
  • Strong grasp of basic design patterns and software lifecycle concepts
  • Exposure to DevOps, SecOps, and FinOps practices is a bonus
  • Basic understanding of systems thinking and integration
