Job Description

Tesco India is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Associate Technical Support professional to be a part of our Maintenance Operations Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for probing, triaging, and dispatching jobs to field technicians using appropriate tools via phone or email. This role demands quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve first-level issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and diligence
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls within critical timelines
  • Probe, triage, and allocate maintenance tasks to the correct personnel based on skill and availability
  • Ensure urgent issues are responded to promptly
  • Analyze root causes and handle first-level operational issues
  • Make informed and timely decisions using logical reasoning
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements using CI tools
  • Apply basic technical knowledge to processes and systems in own area of work

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate (Preference given to candidates from Mechanical Engineering background)
  • Batch Eligible: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 graduates
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Freshers eligible)

Required Technical & Operational Skills

  • Basic MS Office tools (Excel)
  • Speed and accuracy in task execution
  • Active listening and communication skills
  • Logical thinking and decision-making ability
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
