Job Description
Cornerstone OnDemand is hiring an enthusiastic SDET Intern for its Pune office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals with a background in computer science who are passionate about software testing—both manual and automated—and are eager to work with cutting-edge technologies like C#, Selenium, AWS, and React.
You’ll join a collaborative and high-performing QA team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions by leveraging automation and strong testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and validate application functionality across modules
- Identify, log, and manage defects for timely resolution
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium-based frameworks
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Write C# scripts for automated functional and regression tests
- Use SQL for backend testing and data verification
- Test front-end applications developed using React, as well as APIs
- Apply basic knowledge of AWS for validating cloud-based services
- Collaborate with development teams to understand feature requirements and provide test feedback
- Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, and code reviews
- Continuously explore new testing tools and trends including AI-led testing solutions
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Candidates should exhibit a strong interest in learning and applying QA best practices
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–6 months of hands-on experience in software testing or development
- Exposure to automation frameworks, preferably Selenium
- Working knowledge of C# programming language
- Familiarity with microservices and RESTful API automation
- Basic understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to front-end technologies like React is a plus
- Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL); NoSQL like DynamoDB is a bonus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum
