Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24×7 technical support to internal Amazon associates across global locations via an omni-channel service desk
  • Deliver prompt and effective IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Follow defined SOPs to ensure consistency and high-quality resolution of IT issues
  • Maintain performance metrics such as SLA compliance, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and operations units in APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to support Amazon’s continuous operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution
  • 6 to 18 months of work experience in IT support or service desk role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of ITIL-based ticketing systems and incident management workflows
  • Working knowledge of network troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools for performance and uptime tracking

Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
  • Eligible Batch: Graduates from 2023, 2022, and 2021 are encouraged to apply
