Job Description

Amazon is looking for talented and passionate Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to join our growing team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products and services
• Design and develop software systems in a distributed computing environment
• Implement solutions for real-time distributed data processing and predictive modeling
• Develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-maintenance storage, indexing, and querying systems
• Break down large, ambiguous problems and implement practical, efficient solutions
• Work in an agile development environment to produce high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python
• Strong understanding of core computer science concepts including:
  • Object-oriented design
  • Algorithms and data structures
  • Problem-solving and complexity analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in a technical or software engineering role
• Knowledge of distributed and multi-tiered system architecture
• Familiarity with relational databases and optimization techniques
• Strong communication skills to explain technical challenges and solutions
• Ability to work independently on undefined or ambiguous problems
