Job Description
Airbus India is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team in day-to-day talent acquisition activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in human resources and gain practical exposure to the recruitment process within a global aerospace leader.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports
- Coordinate interviews across all levels, working closely with candidates and hiring managers
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and follow up with recruiters as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders before and after interviews
- Help collect and organize candidate information for analytics and documentation
- Learn and become proficient in internal recruitment software and tools
- Rotate across multiple HR functions to gain broad recruitment exposure
Professional Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated interest in human resources and recruitment
- Willingness to work from the Airbus premises in Bangalore
Technical Skills
MS Office, Google Workspace, Interview Scheduling Tools, Recruitment Software, Excel, HR Dashboards, Candidate Screening
