Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports
• Coordinate interviews across all levels, working closely with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and follow up with recruiters as required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders before and after interviews
• Help collect and organize candidate information for analytics and documentation
• Learn and become proficient in internal recruitment software and tools
• Rotate across multiple HR functions to gain broad recruitment exposure

Professional Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated interest in human resources and recruitment
• Willingness to work from the Airbus premises in Bangalore
